A brief overview of a typical order workflow:

Step 1

Your customer request reaches us by e-mail or phone.

Step 2

In the first conversation, we discuss your wishes and ideas.

This involves your specific needs regarding tent or stand sizes, as well as your requirements for equipment and accessories. Our free-of-charge and professional advice on possible systems and the ideal configurations is made particularly clear in our quote using 3D views.

We are happy to invite you to our showroom. Alternatively, the proposals will be discussed on the phone or via Netviewer, and adapted if necessary.

Step 3

In the next step, we create the final files for configuration and printing. You will receive the binding order confirmation and the definitive goods for printing (layout for print release).

Step 4

Your order is realised. Before delivery, we carry out the final inspection in-house.

Step 5

Upon request, you will then be given a personal product briefing – if you like, at your location.
