We see ourselves as partners to our customers and are always there for you – also personally. As part of planning your promotions and exhibition and trade fair appearances, during the product briefing, and also after the purchase.
A brief overview of a typical order workflow
Step 1: Grüezi!
Your customer request reaches us by e-mail or phone.
Step 2: We are all ears
In an initial talk we discuss your wishes and ideas. In doing so, we address your actual needs, the tent or stand sizes, and your requirements for equipment and accessories. Offered free of charge, our professional advice on possible systems and the ideal configurations are illustrated graphically as 3D views in our final, clearly structured offer.
Need help configuring, or you want to see live the quality of our products? Then we invite you to our exhibition covering 500 square metres. After prior appointment, our advisers will be pleased to assist you with their extensive expertise. And of course, our advisers will also be pleased to come to you for an onsite product presentation.
Step 3: We help you get the tent you want
In the next stage, we generate the final files for the configuration and print. Here you can profit from our inhouse graphics department, with their supporting advice and action. The professional routines employed by our graphics department safeguard adherence to all printing quality specifications. You will receive the binding order confirmation and the definitive material for printing (print approved layout).
Step 4: We print ourselves
We have our own printing department that is equipped to create prints in brilliant colour quality. When we apply a print to your folding tent, corresponds directly with production. A modern infrastructure and a highly qualified and motivated production team not only safeguard the perfect handling of jobs, but also provide custom printed and predesigned solutions in record times. This is also supported by our production sites in Switzerland and Europe close to our customers. Before leaving the works, your goods are subjected to a rigorous final inspection.
