We think it is important that all applicants always know where they stand with us. That's why we place a lot of emphasis on making the application process as transparent as possible.

Online application

Document processing

Once we have received your application, we will go through it as soon as possible. We usually get back to you within a week, but it can sometimes take a little longer. In the meantime, please be sure to wait until you hear from us.

Personal interview

We liked your application? Then we’ll invite you to a personal interview. The main point is that we get to know and learn more about each other.

Individual selection procedure

Depending on the vacancy, we may carry out an additional selection procedure afterwards. But even without this procedure, we will take some time to reflect on whether you fit into the Pro-Tent team.

Trial day

If you make it to the shortlist of applicants, we will give you the opportunity to spend half a day to find out about your future workplace at Pro-Tent and you will get to know our team.  Only after this trial day you and we will decide whether we are an ideal match.

The decision: Concluding the contract

We’ve decided that you are right for us? Then we will let you know and - if you want to continue to be part of our team - prepare the contract. Even if we don't decide in your favour, we will of course inform you.

There is no suitable vacancy for you at the moment? Then we would also be happy for you to apply on your own initiative. Because we will always find a suitable assignment for exciting specialists – and if it doesn't suit you at the moment, we'll be happy to come back to you in the future.

We will try to send you an invitation for an interview or a rejection within one week. Unfortunately, we cannot promise that this will always work out. Because in our industry, a particularly high volume of orders can sometimes come up in between. In these cases, we would ask you to be patient - and not inquire about the current status of your application.

Of course, we attach importance to the appropriate qualifications. Previous experience in the relevant business area or experience in our industry is an advantage. However, it  is you as a person that is most important to us. Teamwork plays a big role in our work every day, which is why it is especially important to us that you fit into our team perfectly.
