What do Pro-Tent and other folding tents have in common? Only the size!

10 reasons why your decision for Pro-Tent is a good one.

The exceptional omega profile.
1.

The Pro-Tent Omega profile:
unique.

It’s the construction of the profile that makes the difference. At Pro-Tent the profile is edged on 16 sidesto achieve maximum stability. And it’s only genuine if it features the characteristic system slot: Side walls are attached directly in the slot to make them wind and rainproof, and cross-connectors and other accessory elements are fixed in the slots of the profile with quick-release locks with a simple turn of the hand.

2.

The aluminium construction:
strong as a rock, but lighter.

A good folding tent combines maximum stability with minimum weight. That is why we do not use steel for our system profiles, but a special aluminium alloy. This is more expensive, but combined with the sophisticated construction of our folding tents, it increases their performance many times over.

The gable compression spring:
a masterpiece designed by the Pro-Tent developers.

The gable compression spring is the heart of our folding tent gable. Thanks to its dynamic resistance, it ensures a perfectly tensioned fabric roof and at the same time absorbs the force of strong gusts. This reduces the load acting on the folding frame.

4.

Wide range of folding tents:
3 series, 12 sizes, 14 colours.

Whatever you're planning, at Pro-Tent you'll find the tent that suits you and your challenges. From a small 1.5 x 1.5 metre format to 8 x 4 metre maximum tent size. That’s what we call customer orientation!

The fabrics: 100 % waterproof - and when we say "proof” we mean "proof"!

Fabrics with a water column of 800 mm or more are considered waterproof according to DIN norm EN 243:2003. The Swiss EMPA (Swiss Federal Laboratories for Materials Testing and Research) applies even stricter standards: It only classifies functional material as waterproof from a water column of 4,000 mm. Pro-Tent fabrics have a water column of 10,000 mm. All seams are additionally welded so that the tent stays waterproof even in heavy and continuous rain.

The transport concept:
as you would expect from a premium product.

The Pro-Tent MODUL 4000 and Pro-Tent 5000 are supplied as standard in an exclusive padded transport bag with large wheels. Side walls and many accessory items, e.g. the weight plates, are also supplied in high-quality and robust carrying bags. This even makes unpacking the tent fun.

Exclusive equipment options:
Only Pro-Tent can offer this.

The option of placing additional legs*, additional cross-connectors in a few simple steps can be used to divide the space of each tent individually or to set up inner cabins - which can be ideally used as storage space or changing rooms, for example.

* only possible with Pro-Tent MODUL 4000 and Pro-Tent 5000

Exclusive details:
They (also) make the difference.

Whether it is deliberately omitting visible screw connections on our roof profiles, which makes the entire construction appear more elegant and lighter, the high-quality branding of the zipper or the highly precise manual assembly of our tent frames: our claim to build the perfect folding tent is (also) reflected in our attention to detail.

9.

Quality and sustainability:
For us they go hand in hand.

We firmly believe that the quality and durability of our folding tents are the key to true sustainability. Because the longer the “life” of a product, the fewer resources are consumed. Contrary to the trend towards ever shorter life cycles of products, Pro-Tent folding tents are designed in such a way that if there is damage, it can also be repaired.

From development to final assembly: a Swiss quality product – for over 30 years.

We want to provide you with a product that works perfectly and reliably even after 10 or 15 years. To achieve this goal, we invest in our own product development and in our own production with our own sewing and printing facilities. And above all – in our many employees, of whom we are proud. We know who assembles our tent frames, who sews our tent roofs and who puts the finishing touches to a Pro-Tent with an individual print motif. This also distinguishes us from other folding tent suppliers.
